You may request services via our contact form or by email at info@estategainsup.com. A contract is formed once you receive our written service confirmation.
All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) plus applicable taxes. Details of your plan, fees, and payment terms (e.g., bank transfer, credit card) will be outlined in your service confirmation. Payments are due within 14 days of invoicing.
Statutory warranty provisions apply. Warranty claims must be made within 12 months of service delivery. Liability for slight negligence is excluded except in cases of bodily injury or gross negligence.
All copyrights and usage rights for documents, analyses, and materials remain with Estate Gains Up. No reproduction or distribution is permitted without our express written consent.
We understand plans change. Our cancellation and refund policy for prepaid services is as follows:
Partially delivered services (e.g., initial analysis) will be billed pro rata and are non-refundable. Submit refund requests by email to info@estategainsup.com, quoting your contract number. We process refunds within 10 business days; bank clearing may take up to 5 additional days.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada. Disputes shall be brought in the courts of Calgary.
